How do I cancel my class registration?
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a class registration. To cancel you can reply back to the confirmation email that you received. Or, you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to cancel your registration and issue a refund, if applicable.
I registered for a class, but I now need to move my registration to a different date.
You can do this by replying back to your confirmation email, or reaching out to us at [email protected] to request this change.
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
Refunds must be requested at least 24 hours before class start time. Please reach out to the class contact to request, or email [email protected].
The event I want to register for is full, can I join a waitlist?
To find out if an event offers a waitlist, call the event contact listed on the event listing page.
What happens if my class is cancelled due to weather or low enrollment?
Occasionally classes are cancelled due to low enrollment or weather (usually in the winter). If you have registered for a class that has been cancelled, the class contact will notify you of the cancellation. We will also issue you a refund, if applicable, or move you to a different class date.
I cannot find the class I am looking for.
If you are looking for a specific class but cannot find it, see the options below.
- Use the search bar at the top of every events page
- You can search a single word or the full class name to find a match. Search by City or Hospital is also a good way to find classes in your area.
- Use the Filter Navigation
- You can use the filter navigation to drill down classes by date range or class type.
