Resources & Support for Substance & Opioid Use at St. Mary's
Recovery is possible!
Are you or someone you care about struggling with substance or opioid use? At CHI Health St. Mary's, we're committed to fostering hope and being part of the solution through our Comeback ERA program.
About the Comeback ERA Program
Recognizing the challenges of substance use, the Comeback program proactively supports community members struggling with substance and opioid use by offering a range of resources to individuals and their families through our Community Health Navigator. This could include connections to treatment, peer and family coaching, supportive services, enrollment into benefits, resources like Narcan, and more.
In addition, the Comeback program has an outreach team – a plainclothes officer and a peer support specialist – that visits individuals in their homes to offer compassionate support and connect them with essential resources. They provide a non-judgmental space to explore options like inpatient and outpatient treatment, peer and family recovery coaching, and referrals to other community programs. Their goal is to instill hope and encourage engagement in the recovery process, highlighting the potential for positive transformation.
