Brant Loose, PT, DPT, TPI-M3/J2/F2, FMS, SFMA, YSAS
Brant was a lead author for a publication in the June 2012 Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. Certified in both the FMS and SFMA, Brant evaluates the entire body to identify the reason behind the pain. Brant treats diagnoses from a variety of patient populations ranging from high school athletes to post-operative geriatrics with great enthusiasm. Brant is a certified Medical, Junior, and Fitness professional with the Titleist Performance Institute, a certified Youth Speed and Agility Specialist, and certified in Functional Dry Needling. In his free time, Brant enjoys golfing, Cornhusker athletics, and “running around” with his four children.
Jenna Henrichs, DPT
Jenna received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she graduated with highest distinction. Her clinical experience incorporates work with a range of patients including infants with neurological deficits, nursing home residents, and individuals with orthopedic conditions. She has a special interest in working with women and children and is currently providing physical therapy services for Nebraska City Public Schools. Jenna is the only female outpatient physical therapist in Nebraska City and is actively pursuing training for pelvic floor strengthening and other women’s health needs.
Tristin Miller, PTA
Tristin is a licensed physical therapist assistant with a degree from Colby Community College. She has been with St. Mary’s since June of 2008. Tristin treats clients in inpatient, outpatient, orthopedic, and home health settings. She is certified in aquatic therapy and rehab by the ATRI National Aquatic Therapy Conference and provides this service with a specialization in back injury rehabilitation and pregnancy-related pain management. Tristin also has a level 1 SFMA certification. She also serves as a clinical instructor for area physical therapy assistant programs as well as serving as the manager of St. Mary’s physical and occupational therapy department.
Mitchell Hagedorn PT, DPT
Mitch was raised in Dodge, Nebraska graduating from Dodge High School in 2008. He attended University of Nebraska-Omaha graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2013. In 2014 he enrolled in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating in 2017.
He enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve their goals and to return to their specific functions and activities. In his spare time, he loves to stay active with ice fishing, basketball, golf, boating and spending time with his wife and family.
Clay Smith PTA
Clay is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with a BA Athletic Training certification from Washburn University. He enjoys patients of all ages with orthopedic conditions, but especially enjoys working with ACL surgeries, total knee replacements and patients with balance deficits. He has been part of the St. Mary's team since 1995, but more recently full time since April 2018.
Abby Mathis, OTR/L
Abby is a licensed Occupational Therapist. She received her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University and has been a part of the St Mary’s team since March 2016. Her clinical experience includes work in skilled rehabilitation, acute care, orthopedics, home health and women’s health. Abby is certified in the LSVT BIG program and works with patients with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders to improve functional movement and live life to the fullest. Abby is also trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation and has a passion for working with women of all ages including pregnancy and postpartum.
Brooke Faulks OTR/L
Brooke is a licensed occupational therapist. She graduated with a Masters degree from the College of Saint Mary’s in 2016. Brooke enjoys working in the rural setting because of the variety of diagnosis she has the privilege of treating. Brooke has been working part time at Saint Mary’s hospital since January of 2017. She is certified in lymphedema and the LSVT BIG program. Brooke enjoys seeing people recover and get back to doing the things they love.
Tammy is the office coordinator for CHI Health St. Mary’s therapy department. She recently transitioned into the therapy department in the fall of 2018. Tammy has been a part of CHI Health St. Mary’s and Nebraska City Medical Clinic for 30 years. Her passion is interacting with others and helping in any way she can.
