CHI Health Clinics in Missouri Valley, Logan, Woodbine, Dunlap, and Oakland are provider-based rural health clinics affiliated with CHI Health Missouri Valley, a Critical Access Hospital.

For more than 50 years, the mission of CHI Health Missouri Valley has been to nurture and enhance the quality of life for residents of Harrison County. As a community hospital, its ongoing commitment is to keep residents in good health. Missouri Valley Primary Care

CHI Health Clinic is a network of highly skilled primary and specialty care physicians. Clinics are conveniently located and supported by physician assistants and/or nurse practitioners who have the expertise to prevent, diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions. Patients of all ages may see a CHI Health Clinic physician for services including preventive care; health screening x-ray, laboratory and other diagnostic services; and minor surgical procedures. An Integrated Behavioral Health Specialists is also part of the interdisciplinary treatment team and is available for onsite interventions with patients of this clinic.

NRHA Top 20 CAH

CHI Health Missouri Valley was named one of the top 20 critical access hospitals (CAHs) for quality in the country. The top 20 CAHs, including CHI Health Missouri Valley, scored best among CAHs as determined by the Chartis Center for Rural Health for Quality. The top 20 CAHs have achieved success in overall performance based on a composite rating from eight indices of strength: inpatient market share, outpatient market share, quality, outcomes, patient perspective, cost, charge, and finance.

Performance Leadership Award for Quality and Outcomes

CHI Health Missouri Valley has been awarded the 2022 Performance Leadership Award for excellence in Quality and Outcomes. Compiled by The Chartis Center for Rural Health, the Performance Leadership Awards honor top quartile performance (e.g., 75th percentile or above) among rural hospitals. 

Swing for the County 2025
