After a stay in the hospital you might require short-term skilled nursing care.  CHI Health St. Francis's skilled nursing unit is the place to continue your post acute recovery. Your care team will work closely with you to determine your goals and help create a plan for success. They will meet with you on a regular basis to discuss goals of care and progress towards those goals.

Our team of highly trained individuals will help you to reach your goals whether that be to return home, transition to an assisted living facility, or a residential area environment. We are with you every step of the way.

We are your home away from home while you work on your recovery and offer many services and amenities during your stay with us at skilled care including:
