A strong community nurtures its members and provides them with the tools to stay safe and healthy. Ensuring our community’s success requires help from everyone willing and able to make a difference. Healthy Community Builders Club members show their support with an annual contribution of $250–$499.
The members of the 500 Partners Club are individuals and businesses who share a lasting commitment to excellent healthcare and health-related services. Their annual contributions of $500–$999 help to build the Endowment Fund. Proceeds from the Endowment Fund are used to continue funding for existing health-related programs and services as well as support partner opportunities to address new health needs.
Members of the President’s Circle share a commitment to leadership and philanthropy. Their annual contributions of $1,000 or more are building an endowment fund to provide needed programs and services today and meet the community’s health needs in the future.
Legacy gifts are gifts to St. Francis that are planned now and are received by St. Francis at some time in the future. They are the pinnacle of the giving pyramid and illustrate the foresight and philanthropic desires of donors who want to make a difference in the lives of generations to come. A planned gift may be tailored to suit each individual donor. It may be a bequest through a will, a life income gift through an annuity or trust, a lifetime estate gift, a gift of life insurance, a gift of an IRA or other retirement account, or a gift of real estate.
The St. Francis Legacy Society recognizes these special donors and donor names may be viewed on the beautiful cherry wood and brass plaque in the hospital.
A special quilt display, featuring the names of donors whose cumulative giving is $5,000 or more, honors those who have made financial contributions to support St. Francis. Much like the pieces of the quilt, the gifts of our donors work together to help us continue our tradition of service and excellence in our community.
These donors fall into one of five distinguished categories of giving.
The quilt also honors those who have made a planned gift through our foundation and are members of the Legacy Society. The display is updated at the beginning of each calendar year.
