Our personal trainers are here to help you now. Do you:

If you answered yes to any of these questions then you could be helped by a certified personal trainer from CHI Health Wellness Center at Lakeside.

All of our trainers have a degree in the exercise science field, and are certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), or the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Personal trainers at Lakeside Wellness Center have are continuously collaborating with our physical therapists and doctors as well as keeping up to date on all research to stay at the top of their game to make sure they are the trainer you need.

Personal Training is available to members and non-members, with information of fees available at (402) 758-5700.  To get started with your own personal trainer, simply fill out our "Personal Training Request Form" at the service desk and a trainer will contact you within two days. All personal training is conducted through appointments that you arrange with your trainer to fit your schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid being charged for the session. All packages and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable and expire one year from purchase date.
