Reformer Pilates is available to members and non-members, with information of fees available at (402) 758-5700. To get started with Reformer Pilates simply fill out our "Reformer Pilates Request Form" at the Service Desk and an instructor will contact you. All Reformer Pilate sessions are conducted through appointments that you arrange with your instructor to fit your schedule.
Scheduling: All Reformer Pilate sessions are by appointment only. Call the Member Services Desk at (402) 758-5700 to schedule your next session with one of our certified Pilates Instructors.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to avoid being charged for the session. All packages and sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable and expire one year from purchase date.
Land Group Fitness Classes
Basic Barre: This 45 minute class will increase strength, muscular endurance, core fitness and balance. It involves a combination of ballet, Pilates, yoga and muscle-conditioning exercises. It’s good for the person that wants to focus and restore functional neutral alignment.
Chair Yoga: This 45 minute class is designed for those that need chair assistance. Healthy poses, balance and breathing techniques will be used.
Dance for PD: A specialized dance program created for those living with Parkinson’s disease. Participants work on balance, strength, movement, and coordination to engage the mind and body. All movement can be done in a chair and/or with the use of a walker/cane.
Delay the Disease for PD: A fitness program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. The program is the foundation for exercise classes geared specifically to counteract movement challenges experienced by people with Parkinsons.
Gentle Fusion: This 30 minute class will take your body through stretching and balance. This class is designed for all fitness levels.
Gentle Yoga: This 45 minute class will take your body through yoga, Pilate’s balance, and strength and flexibility exercises. There is no pre-requisite, all fitness levels are welcome.
Group Active: Feeling fitter, stronger, and more alive has never been more achievable or enjoyable! Using all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility- all in a supportive group and motivating music.
Group Blast: BLAST OFF your workout with our Group Blast. Group Blast is an energetic cardio workout using The STEP to train fitness, agility, coordination and strength.
Group Centergy: Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress.
Group Core: Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and a platform – all to challenge you like never before!
Group Power: This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all major muscle groups through simple, athletic moves like squats, lunges, presses and curls. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!
Group Ride: Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 50 minute cycling program is geared for anyone who can ride a bike.
Mat Pilates: Improve you core strength, balance and flexibility using exercise proven to lengthen and strengthen all major muscle groups.
Move to Lose: This is a 45 minute fun low intensity workout that includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. This class is for beginners and the active older adult.
PWR! MOVES For PD: This Parkinson’s specific skill training program will help maintain or restore skills that deteriorate and interfere with everyday movements. Being able to stand alone, get on and off the floor and walk with limited assistance is beneficial for this class.
RIDE 4 PD: This 30 minute class utilizes a spin bike. The high cadence can help with motor control and reduce tremors and rigidity. Group cycling gives the individual the opportunity to build strength in a safe way, allowing everyday activities to become somewhat easier.
Sunrise Yoga: Start your morning right with gentle stretches and yoga postures. This class is designed for all fitness levels and experiences.
Tai Chi: This class will focus on breathing and balance moves. We will use breathing patterns; focus on deep breathing and walking patterns.
ViPR MOVE: This 30 minute class will have you feeling and moving better. Build movement health and gain confidence using the ViPR equipment. Experience expert coaching and motivating music. It’s time to MOVE FOR LIFE!
ViPR WORKOUT: This 30 minute class integrates strength and cardio training to build muscle, burn calories, and improve agility using the ViPR equipment. Train the way the body was designed to move with ViPR Workout! IT’S LOADED!
Yoga Flow: Yoga poses connecting breath with movement to create a fluid class with many options for beginners to advanced participants.
ZUMBA: The Latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Whether you can dance or not, come try this class! Feel the music and let loose!
ZUMBA Toning and Hoop: Same music, same spirit as a traditional ZUMBA class just with the addition of toning and a hula hoop…Why not try something new and Hoop-it-up!
Water Group Fitness Classes
Ai Chi: A total body strengthening and relaxation progression that bridges East and West philosophies. Ai Chi integrates mental, physical and spiritual energy.
Aqua Fit: A shallow water exercise class designed to give you a complete workout. Each class includes cardio, strength and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome.
Aqua Groove: This class is for all fitness levels! You will find your peak at whatever level you choose to work at. A modest amount of cardio, strength and flexibility will make this class a splash!
Aqua Pilates: Improve your core strength with these challenging, functional, low impact exercises to help your overall well-being.
AQUA RESTORE: Improve flexibility and muscle strength to ease joint and muscle discomfort. Suspension exercises will be used to assist in back care and relaxation.
Deep Cardio: A tough 45 minute cardio workout to get the heart pumping but keeps low impact on the body.
Deep Energy: Deep water aerobics that includes 60 minutes of intense aerobics, toning, abdominal exercises, cool down and stretch. All fitness levels welcome. (lap pool)
SHALLOW H2O: This class is whole body conditioning designed to increase cardio endurance flexibility, range of motion, and core strength.
Shallow Water Circuit: A 60 minute class conducted in the shallow water using various circuit intervals and resistance equipment to achieve a total body workout. All fitness levels welcome!
Shallow Water Intervals: A 60 minute class that will combine high intensity intervals with low intensity intervals. Abdominal work at the end. All fitness levels welcome!
Social Butterfly Group. This 45 minute Deep Water class is more about being social and making friends while working out! Come and laugh, talk, party, exercise, move and groove!
TABAQUA: Welcome to a new way of exercise! 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by a 10 second rest, repeated 8 cycles and 8 sets. It’s fun and goes very fast!!! Try and see how you like it!
Walk to lose: You will strengthen and build muscles with low-impact water walking techniques in this 45 minute class. Take advantage of the natural resistance of water, which is 12 times the resistance to walking on land.
Water Boot Camp: Interval cardiovascular exercises and strength training in the water for this intense, total-body workout.
Water Works: Warm water classes will help anyone with joint concerns, including stiffness, arthritis, fibromyalgia and back pain. These classes will increase your flexibility, balance and strength.
