Working together to coordinate your care

Effective communication between your medical team and pharmacy is crucial in ensuring that you receive quality care. That’s why a specialty pharmacy like ours, truly a part of your local health care team, is so important. All medical records are shared electronically between your doctors and pharmacy so there are no communication gaps that could delay delivery of your time-sensitive prescriptions.

Managing your medication supply

A lapse in your treatment can disrupt your care and create potential problems, so we’ll call regularly to check on your supply. You’ll receive an initial call to set up a delivery schedule, then we’ll contact you each month to ask what medications and related supplies you need. We’ll make sure you receive them quickly, no matter where you want them delivered. And they’ll always be shipped with care.

Your financial advocate

Staying healthy is your number one priority, not worrying about paperwork. Our Patient Financial Advocates will help you every step of the way to navigate the necessary insurance forms and answer your questions. They will also advocate on your behalf to make sure you are billed correctly.

Providing valuable education and support

At CHI Health Specialty Pharmacy we do a lot more than simply fill your prescriptions. We provide valuable education and support including help with medication compliance and financial assistance. We can talk to you about interactions and possible side-effects of your medication and any concerns you may have. And with direct access to your healthcare professionals, we’ll ensure there are no communication gaps that could delay delivery of your prescriptions. With us, you’ll have peace of mind in knowing that your medications and related supplies will be delivered to you on time and always handled with care. We’re committed to doing everything we can to make managing your health as easy as possible. We're here to help, so please feel free to call us anytime. Our pharmacists are available to answer your questions, 24/7. Call us, toll-free at 1 (855) 267-9234.

Going Green!

Our specialty pharmacy does our part to save the environment by using a bio-degradable insulation on all cooler packed prescriptions. The insulation is dissolvable by putting the pieces in a sink and running water over – it’s safe for pipes, septic and waste treatment facilities. You could also place the pieces in a bucket of water, let sit overnight, and pour over plants— it’s great plant food!
