All seemed to be fine, but when I received update later from the CHI Portal, after returning home, I saw the Doctor had discontinued some of my medications, and there was no discussion about it when I was with him. He did update my medications through the portal, that I had indicated I was no longer taking, that I finally realized was merely updating that list, but he also discontinued other meds, t hat I had no idea of the reason.
