I just finished a zoom appointment with Dr. Robinson about the sinus ST scan he ordered. I'm really pleased with his service and explanations.

All the staff were very professional. Dr. Aaron Robinson's patient care was outstanding. He has been compassionate, professional, approachable. Dr. Robinson's Intelligent well communicated and professional communication and actions have gained my trust, and utmost respect for him and his profession. Dr. Robinson actually sat down, and took time to hear my concerns and answer my questions without me ever feeling rushed. I always felt like I was a part of the process of treatment and this helped me in being confident to hear and follow as able to the recommendations. The audiologists also were outstanding. The main person who did my testing was also kind and professional. I feel incredibly blessed to have Dr. Robinson and his team as my carers for my ENT needs.

Dr. Robinson clearly explained potential problems and referred me for an MRI to determine possible causes. The office called me immediately following receipt of the test results to indicate they were normal. Although I saw Dr. Robinson for an ear issue, he took a few moments to examine my throat and nose as well, which I appreciated.
