I raised concerns that my original concerns were still there with little to no improvement (worsening in some aspects). His demeanor and attitude towards me really changed between my last appointment and this appointment. Maybe my expectations were too high, but he is just like my previous ENT and doesn't really seem concerned about going past the "cookie cutter" remedies or even looking past the surface.

Everything with Dr. Robinson has been perfect from start to finish. He and [...] (his assistant) are so friendly, professional, helpful, considerate, caring and kind!

Very personable. Remembered that I had been in the office before at an earlier date.

Dr. Robinson recognized my insecurity about the outcome of my procedure, and earned my confidence by his thorough explanation of the procedure and his kind and concerned attitude.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Robinson is amazing! Alyssa his assistant is also great! They are both so nice, friendly, professional and caring.

Doctor did not address the reason for my visit, and unsure the treatment actually addresses the issue.
