Leah Hamilton, PT, DPT

Leah Hamilton is a graduate of Creighton University's doctorate of physical therapy program with an interest in treating orthopedic injuries, primary care, chronic pain, and vestibular rehabilitation. She enjoys working with CHI Health as the collaboration amongst team members is important for patient care. Outside of work she can be found cooking or baking a vegetarian masterpiece. Leah enjoys being a physical therapist because of the relationships formed and the ability to use her schooling and knowledge to help people learn and understand how their body moves and functions. During your first visit, expect to have a conversation about your lifestyle, current concerns, and goals as well as a thorough movement screen to identify how physical therapy can be individualized to best help you.
