Kristen Plourde was originally born in Texas, but moved all over the country as her father was in the military. Her family was stationed in Nebraska for her final high school years where she graduated from Papillion LaVista South. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for her undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science and received her Physical Therapy degree at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Kristen enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses, most often seeing orthopedic conditions. In her free time, Kristen enjoys being outdoors and staying active participating in running, biking, swimming, hiking and camping.
