Jennifer "Jenn" Coleman, LIMHP, received her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. Jenn has experience with youth, adolescents, adults, young adults, and geriatric populations in a variety of settings including partial hospitalization, individual and group settings, community based mental health, and school based programs.
She is an empathetic and diligent therapist who has a passion for assisting others along their journey and works with specialized populations such as refugee mental health, LGTBQ+, and trauma. Jenn has experience working with various concerns including severe and persistent mental illness, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, and other life events.
She utilizes an integrated approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Trauma Informed Care. Jenn sees children/adolescents 10 years and older, and adults of all ages.
