Who is eligible to be nominated and win?
Any current, full-time teacher.
Who can nominate teachers?
Anyone! Parents, students, community members and other teachers are all able to nominate a top teacher!
What is the prize?
$50 gift card and apple award for the teacher and a gift basket full of treats for the other teachers.
When will prizes be distributed?
Upon drawing, CHI Health will coordinate with school administration and CHI Health will deliver to the classroom during the school day.
How will we know if we won?
When we show up at your classroom with the goodies!
Why are you doing this?
Teachers give so much to our children and pay for so much out of their own pockets. CHI Health wants to say thanks.
