How do I cancel my class registration?
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a class registration. To cancel you can reply back to the confirmation email that you recieved. Or, you can email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to cancel your registration and issue a refund, if applicable.
I registered for a class, but I now need to move my registration to a different date.
You can do this by replying back to your confirmation email, or reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this change.
I cannot find the class I am looking for.

The event I want to register for is full, can I join a waitlist?
To find out if an event offers a waitlist, call the event contact listed on the event listing page.
What happens if my class is cancelled due to weather or low enrollment?
Occasionally classes are cancelled due to low enrollment or weather (usually in the winter). If you have registered for a class that has been cancelled, we will cancel your registration and issue a refund, if applicable. Check back to this page for any updates.
