Resource and Traveler Team Opportunities

CHI Health Resource Teams offer you experience and flexibility as you maximize your income while working on a variety of nursing units. Base rate of pay, standard shift differential, holiday pay and merit increases are given in an identical manner as for all core staff members.

Scheduled Resource Team

  • Scheduled Resource Team is designed to value flexibility, anyone committed to a .6 or higher will earn premium differential pay.
  • Premium Differential – 10% day shift, 15% night shift.

Traveler Program – Division Wide (Full Time)

  • 50% premium differential.
  • 6-13 week travel assignments across CHI Health Nebraska/Southwest Iowa, earning either mileage for assignments less than one hour of your home or $2,800/month living stipend for assignments more than one hour from your home.

  • Registered Nurse’s with Emergency, OR, OB/NICU or Acute Care experience
