Clinically Integrated Network
Ann Oasan oversees the day-to-day operations of CHI Health’s Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), which currently represents more than 1,600 independent and employed providers and 14 hospitals and affiliated ancillary locations.
Ms. Oasan directs provider relations, care management and credentialing staffs. She has worked in healthcare for 23 years, with the last 19 in managed care. Through Ms. Oasan’s leadership, CHI Health’s Clinically Integrated Network
received funding from CMS for the Community Based Care Transition Program to reduce readmissions by 20 percent. She also led the creation of the region’s first patient-centered medical neighborhood, which includes ambulatory care coordinators in 22 patient-centered medical homes (which are also supported by social workers, a pharmacist and a dietitian). Ms. Oasan also led the establishment of Alegent Health Partners, LLC, which was the only Medicare Shared Savings Program in the Omaha metro area, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
Ms. Oasan holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and bachelor’s degrees in Education and Business from Kearney State.
