Tim Plante, RN, MSN, MHA, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at CHI Health. Tim has 19 years of experience in nursing, 17 of which have been with CommonSpirit Health. During his 7years with CHI Health, Tim has served in multiple roles including President of a critical access hospital and Vice President of Patient Care Services at CHI Health St. Elizabeth in Lincoln.
Tim is an active leader of the nursing Shared Governance community, leading the work to standardize evidence-based care. He is a well-respected strategic thinker who is passionate about working to create an environment where everyone can perform at their best.
Tim’s top priorities include improvement in quality, reducing nursing turnover and improving patient experience.
