Water Aerobics
If you are looking for a low impact way to exercise, look no further than water aerobics. Water aerobics is great workout providing less stress on the joints. Class includes toning exercises for the entire body to help improve muscle tone. Cardiovascular exercise is also an essential component of each class to keep your heart healthy. Pilates: This basic level mat session is designed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body using core muscles. Exercises will focus on muscles of the back, abdominals and gluteals. This class will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture.

Are you tired of your current fitness routine? Try adding combo to your workout regimen! This 45-minute class will incorporate step aerobics, high-low interval, stability ball and band exercises as well as resistance training. Combo is a great way to gain strength while improving cardiovascular endurance.

Swimming Lessons
Learn-to-swim swimming lessons from the American Red Cross are designed to teach lifesaving skills for water safety. Swimming lessons are offered for adults as well as children. Adult sessions last 45-minutes; children's sessions are 30-minutes. Classes meet once a week, on Saturday, for six weeks. Small class sizes allow for individual attention and guidance.

Class Fees
$32 for Members; $53 for Non-Members

Group Exercise Membership
For those who want to participate in group exercise classes, but do not need a full membership. Group exercise memberships are valid for 6 weeks and are sold in the following increments:

18 Classes: $49.00
12 Classes: $33.00
