Mandi Constantine, PhD
As Division Director of Virtual Services for CHI Health, Mandi oversees a comprehensive virtual services program operating in a multi-state region that includes 17 hospitals and an academic medical center. Her responsibilities span from the development of pilot programs to ongoing daily support of administrative, educational and clinical virtual services to strategic planning and partnerships.
Mandi’s 12 years of experience in the field of telehealth include a diverse background in telehealth user adoption, curriculum development, training, customer support, technology selection, state legislation, consulting, and promoting adherence to professional standards/regulatory requirements.
Mandi also serves as Co-Chair of the Nebraska Statewide Telehealth Network, is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine at Creighton University, and a member of the CHI Virtual Health Leadership Team, American Telemedicine Association and HIMSS. She served 22 years in the Air Force and was an Instructor at the National Guard Alaska Military Youth Academy ChalleNGe Program for at-risk youth at Fort Richardson, Alaska.
In her role as Operations Coordinator for Virtual Services at CHI Health, Sharon coordinates the installation of telehealth systems and infrastructure and the extension of new telehealth services to CHI Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics in Nebraska and Southwestern Iowa. She also assists with strategic planning, provides end-user training and onsite support, set-up and installation, technical testing, troubleshooting and scheduling for the organization.
Prior to joining CHI Health in 2007,Sharon worked 15+ years, mostly outside the US as research manager for the international operations of a conglomerate corporation where she lived in and traveled to several countries in Asia. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, a Specialist Diploma in Health IT and certifications for Telehealth Liaison and Telehealth Coordinator.
Erin Meyer, BS HCM
As the Telehealth Coordinator at CHI Health St. Francis, in Grand Island, Erin provides onsite support and assists to increase awareness while promoting virtual services. “Access to good health care shouldn’t depend on where you live.” – Victoria Beckham
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management, and has aspirations to attain her Master's degree.
Prior to Erin joining CHI Health she was a Dental Assistant for 12 years. When Erin is not working she spends time with her husband (Tyson) and two daughters (Kinley and Regan) by Hordville.Erin is new to the team but is excited to help build the program with the rest of the team!
Kay Taylor, DC
As the Video Network Supervisor for CHI Health Kay provides support and monitors the video network for the facilities throughout Nebraska and western Iowa. Although Kay has only been with Virtual Services a short time, she strives to cultivate standardization among technology, processes, and training throughout CHI Health.
Kay previously held the position of Telehealth Coordinator at CHI Health St. Francis, in Grand Island, Nebraska. She provided onsite support and helped to facilitate growth in all areas of virtual services. Prior to telehealth Kay was Centralized Scheduling Lead at St. Francis. While in this post she was able to gain knowledge about the revenue process of the CHI Health.
Kay attended Midland Lutheran, Doane, and Palmer College of Chiropractic, earning a Bachelor in Science and Doctorate in Chiropractic. Kay makes her home with husband Cody, children Hannah and Owen in eastern Iowa.
Diane Vogel, RN
In her current role as the Telehealth Coordinator at CHI Health St. Elizabeth, in Lincoln, Nebraska, Diane is responsible for managing the operation of virtual services for patient consultations, educational and administrative events in support of CHI Health’s virtual mission.
Diane works collaboratively with teams and individuals throughout the system to develop training curriculums, educate employees in technology, and assure coordination and compliance with virtual services policies, procedures and protocols. Diane also plays a significant role in the strategic and budgetary planning process for the department.
Diane previously served as the Executive Director of a medically integrated disease management and health improvement center. A nurse for 43 years, Diane has worked in intensive and cardiac care, as well as serving her community on numerous boards and as a member of several philanthropic organizations. Diane received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 1999 and is a Fellow in the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
