College Student Job Shadow Program - CHI Health, Nebraska (NE) - Southwest Iowa (IA)

CHI Health is committed to providing future health care professionals an observational opportunity to:

  • Learn from our exceptional professionals,
  • Explore health care career options,
  • Increase awareness of the skill sets required, and
  • Experience our health care culture.

Job Shadowing participants are paired up with a health care professional and have the opportunity to observe and interact with the health care professional as they conduct their daily tasks. Hands-on patient care is not a part of the College Student Job Shadowing learning sessions.

College Student Job Shadowing learning sessions are scheduled in either four or eight hour increments and done on an individual basis, not in groups.
