Administrative Fellow
Scott CookCHI Health

Scott serves as an Administrative Fellow for CHI Health and works diligently to learn the corporate, governance and operational structures of the CHI Health System and gain the practical knowledge and experience to impact current health care challenges. He has previously served as an administrative intern at the Office of Statewide Education Programs (OSCEP) at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and at the New Ulm Medical Center in Minnesota as a part of the Allina Health System.

Scott recently graduated with his master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Iowa. During the past year, Scott actively worked in Graduate Medical Education at the University of Iowa developing ways to improve program director and coordinator support systems and create outcomes based medical residency guidelines. He was also active in the Iowa Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities Project in an effort to provide culturally competent, family-centered, coordinated systems of health care for children with special health care needs and their families.

Scott has been active in Big Brothers Big Sisters, Relay for Life, and Ancient Free and Accepted Masons. In his free time, Scott enjoys golfing, traveling, and finding ways to explore Omaha with his fiancé. Scott is excited to learn how to help our leaders excel in accomplishing the mission of CHI Health.
