Heart Healthy Recipes
Thank you for choosing to try some new healthy recipes. Over a period of ten years, participants in Alegent Creighton Health’s cardiovascular programs sampled these heart healthy recipes. Most of the recipes are quick and easy to prepare. All of them are lower in fat, especially saturated fat and trans fat. Most are low in sodium. Try a new recipe each week or each month. Cooking is a creative and fun adventure. Enjoy!
