Chef Brian O’Malley, Executive Director, Institute of the Culinary Arts, Metro Community College will highlight vegetarian fare:
- Appetizer: Smoked butternut squash topped with toasted sunflower seeds, pea tendrils with apple cider vinaigrette and dried cranberries
- Entrée: Black bean cake with charred zucchini polenta and slow-roasted mushrooms with jus
- Dessert: Sweet pea and honey “sorbet”
Learn about irregular heartbeats, called atrial fibrillation (or AFib) from CHI Health’s Katie Lauer, APRN, ACNP-BC. Come early to enjoy harpist, Kim Meyer from 5:30-6:00 p.m.
