30 minutes of cardio in the pool followed by 15 minutes of a combination of Yoga and Pilates moves.
A water exercise class designed to give you a complete workout. Each class includes cardio, strength and flexibility in either the deep and/or shallow water.
Deep water aerobics that include cardio, toning, abdominal exercises and stretching.
This class works on improving muscle tone and endurance. You’ll work through sets of progressions to provide a full body workout. Various forms of weight training will be used, including the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, & stability balls. Building muscle can also help raise your metabolism.
Get it all in this class, cardio strength training/toning, balance and flexibility training. You will leave this class feeling energized.
Shallow Water Intervals
This class will combine high intensity intervals with low intensity intervals. Abdominal work at the end.
Using various circuit intervals and resistance equipment to achieve a total body workout.
This class will incorporate a series of postures, physical movement, and breathing patterns. Each class will work towards increasing flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation.
This 45 minute Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow calorie burning, dance fitness party will help you let loose at the end of the day and feel great about working out.
Group Exercise Membership
For those who want to be able to have access to group exercise classes, but don’t need a full membership. Group exercise memberships are valid for 6 weeks and are sold in the following increments:
