How do I register for an activity?
To register for an activity click here for our course catalog. You will be able to register directly for a course, click the register button next to the course and you will be directed to sign in with an existing account or to create a new one.
Why do I have to enable browser cookies?
The CHI Health CE registration system is powered by CME Tracker. To ensure that the site works properly with your Web browser, we recommend that you allow cmetracker.net to set a cookie on your computer.
I am a new user. How do I create a CHI Health CE Tracker account?
Creating a new account is quick and easy. Provide a valid email address here and click on "I am a new user." You will be able to create your user profile. For more information click here.
Why do I need to provide a valid email address to create an account?
Your email address is the unique identifier for your CHI Health CE Tracker profile. We use your email address to send you confirmation of your registrations along with pre-conference reminder emails and other communications directly related to your activity registrations.
I already have a CHI Health CE account. How do I access my account?
If you have previously attended one of our conferences or activities, you probably already have a CHI Health CE Tracker account. To access your account, log in using your email address here.
What if I no longer have access to the email address I used for my CHI Health CE Tracker account?
If you are not able to access your account, contact us at email@example.com. We'll be happy to look into your situation and help you if we can verify that the old account belongs to you.
How can I obtain a copy of my CE Transcript?
To obtain a copy of your CE Transcript, sign in to your CHI Health CE Tracker account and choose My Transcript. You will be able to filter the report by date. A transcript will be generated to a PDF that you can save or print.
What if a course is full?
Although we cannot promise that we will be able to get you into a full course, we can check to see if there are extra spots available. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what course you are interested in.
I would like to register for an activity and pay with a credit card. Which cards do you accept?
CHI Health CE Tracker is authorized to accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
How do I cancel a registration?
To cancel your registration, email email@example.com.
How to complete course evaluations/certificate?
Login to CE Tracker here. Click on Evaluate a Course/Print Certificate. Enter your CE Activity Code (this is the unique number you receive at your program/course). Complete evaluation and click submit. Then click continue, display certificate, and then print certificate.
How do I reprint my certificate?
Login to CE Tracker here. Click on Re-Print Certificate. Enter your CE Activity Code (this is the unique number you receive at your program/course). Click submit and print certificate.
