“I am an eleven year cancer survivor. I have always used physical activity to help keep my body strong and healthy, so when I heard about a T’ai Chi class for cancer survivors I signed up right away. This class is very gentle and has been modified so we all can participate. To help our lives be less stressful, our instructor has taught us how to use our breath to calm our mind and body.”
