Peach Fruit CupsIngredients

½ cup lemon yogurt, nonfat and sugar free
1 tsp. honey
¼ tsp. cinnamon
3 medium peaches, halved and pitted
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey, and cinnamon; mix till combined.

With six plates or dessert cups, spoon one tablespoon yogurt mixture onto each serving plate.  Top each with one peach half, sliced.

Spoon raspberries and blueberries over peach slices.  Drizzle with remaining yogurt mixture.
