Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound (about 4-1/2 cups) hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup (do not add water)
1/2-cup fat free milk
1/2-cup light sour cream
1-1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray a 7 x 11 inch casserole dish with vegetable cooking spray. Spread potato mixture in casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 – 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges and cheese is melted.
