CHI Health Clinic La Vista
CHI Health Clinic La Vista is a healthcare destination in Sarpy County, offering convenience in primary care, OB/GYN care, physical therapy and pharmacy services. It is located on the northwest corner of 96th and Giles Road.
This 32,500-square-foot clinic offers a comfortable, spacious and calming atmosphere for individuals and families. CHI Health Clinic La Vista was designed to offer a better healthcare experience in today’s harried, multi-tasking world. Work processes for the medical team and business professionals have been redesigned and now occur behind-the-scenes. Patients can see their physician, attend to physical therapy and pick up their prescriptions all during one visit. Lounge areas are smaller because patients are escorted promptly to their exam room through quiet guest corridors. Extended hours are offered throughout the week for evening and weekend appointments.
Family medicine physicians provide continuing, comprehensive healthcare, including health maintenance and preventive care, for patients of all ages. Their long-term relationships with families qualify them to serve as patient advocates in health-related matters, including the use of consultants, health services and community resources.
Internal medicine physicians focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases (teen-agers to the elderly). They often act as consultants to solve complex diagnostic problems and may subspecialize in cardiology, infectious diseases, arthritis and other inflammatory diseases, gastroenterology and oncology.
Our pediatricians are trained to provide care exclusively for children, from birth up to age 21. As part of their extensive training, our pediatricians are experienced in the physical, emotional, and social development of children. The pediatricians take the extra time to answer all of your questions, helping you to understand and promote your child’s healthy development. From well-child exams to chronic illnesses, our pediatricians are available to take care of your child.

At CHI Health Urgent Care we provide high quality urgent medical care for non-life threatening illnesses and injuries -- and for those times when your physician is not available. Urgent care is available for those of all ages. Pediatric Urgent Care, located at Bergan Mercy Medical Center, is a special urgent care center just for children.
No appointment is necessary. Patients are seen in the order of arrival and medical priority.
In rare circumstances (severe weather, staff training, loss of power, etc.) we may be forced to open the Urgent Care later or close earlier than our posted hours show. We recommend that you call the clinic first to confirm our availability whenever possible.
