Parmesan Fish Fillets - CHI Health, Omaha, Nebraska (NE)

Ingredients

1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pound fish fillets (orange roughy, tilapia, Pollack, cod etc)
1 egg beat to combine yolk and egg white (can also use ¼ cup egg substitute)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix well. Dip fish in egg, and then coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
