Group Classes - CHI Health, Nebraska (NE) - Southwest Iowa (IA)

CHI Health Corning Wellness group classes are a fun and motivating way to stay fit!  Classes are open to members and non-members. Members receive a discount. Below are descriptions of our classes.

Insanity - A mix of cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. 

PiYo - The use of body weight to perform low-impact, high intensity movements inspired by Pilates and Yoga.

Kettlebell - Resembles a mini bowling ball with a handle, kettlebells are great for cardio, strength, and flexibility training. 

Boot Camp - An intense circuit to keep your heart rate up, burn calories, and tones your whole body. 

Spinning class - Classes offer a variety of rides, movements, coaching and motivation that keep riders safe, excited and engaged.

Body Blend- fun class that uses a variety of exercise equipment to get your heart rate going as well as working on building strength.

Core- focuses on strenghtening the core to improve balance and posture. A variety of exercises will be used to create a new challenge in every class.   This class will start at a beginner level and progress to an intermediate level as the class continues.

Circuit- this class is a series of stations that offer aerobic and strength.  Perfect for all fitness levels.

Fit Fusion- no class is ever the same.  This class uses a variety of formats and will keep you guessing what’s coming next.

IndoRow- extremely fun rowing class that works entire body by using the IndoRow machine.  Class is easy on the joints and will make your body strong.

Row and Core- use the IndoRow combined with core strengthening exercise, quick calorie burring workout.

Strength- class will use a variety of muscles in your body by using weighted bars, bands and your own weight.   There will be a warm up and then get ready to strengthen those muscles.

TRX- using the TRX equipment and body weight training simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, balance and flexibility

Water Aerobics- aerobic and strength done in the water. Offered at Adams Community Aquatic Center during summer months. 

Yoga- class has the basics of yoga with posture, breathing technique and balance.
