CHI Health Mercy Corning Wellness group classes are a fun and motivating way to stay fit!  Classes are open to members and non-members. Members receive a discount. Below are descriptions of our classes.

321 - it's all about time. 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core with exercises changing each round!

Body Blend - fun class that uses a variety of exercise equipment to get your heart rate going as well as working on building strength.

Core - focuses on strengthening the core to improve balance and posture. A variety of exercises will be used to create a new challenge in every class. This class will start at a beginner level and progress to an intermediate level as the class continues!

Circuit - This 50 minute class is a series of stations that offer aerobic and strength. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Fit Fusion - no class is ever the same. This class uses a variety of formats and will keep you guessing what's coming next!

Flirty Girl® Fitness is a fun, fit and fabulous workout that is the only cardio-intensive, dance based fitness format that implements Flirty Girl Foundation Moves for the specific purpose of challenging multiple muscle groups.  You will feel fabulous doing this class while finding your inner diva!

IndoRow - This is an extremely fun rowing class that works entire body by using the IndoRow machine. This 50 minute class is easy on the joints and will make your body strong.

Interval - 4 minutes cardio and 4 minutes of strength alternating that lasts 50 minutes.

Row and Core - 30 minute class using the IndoRow combined with core strengthening exercises. It's a quick calorie burning workout.

Strength is a 30 minute class that will use a variety of muscles in your body; using weighted bars, bands and your own weight.  There will be a warm up and then get ready to strengthen those muscles!

RX - Body weight training simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, balance and flexibility..

Water Aerobics -  Aerobic and strength done in the water. It's a wet and wild time!  This class is offered at Adams Community Aquatic Center during  the summer months.

Yoga - This 60 minute class teaches the basics of yoga with posture, breathing technique and balance.
