Tobacco Free U Individual and Group Counseling

Under the supervision of a Mayo Clinic-Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS), you will benefit from individually tailored, one-hour sessions or group counseling, an eight week, one-hour session program. There will be long-term follow-up calls to prevent relapse and help you stay tobacco-free. Research has shown that behavior modification, which includes counseling and pharmaceutical strategies, can ensure that your experience with tobacco cessation is long-lasting. The support you receive will motivate and build the confidence necessary to ensure success.

Transforming your lifestyle

Tobacco use is the single most preventable cause of disease and death in the United States. Data shows that 70% of the 45 million smokers in the United States, want to quit and 44% report that they try to quit each year.*Nicotine, a substance found in tobacco is highly addictive and takes 7 seconds to reach your brain.
