GRETNA, Neb. - Alegent Creighton Clinic in Gretna has finished an expansion and remodeling project that has doubled the size of the clinic to 8,000-square-foot to better serve the patients they care for in the community.
The project will allow for additional space for the four providers already practicing in that location. The clinic fulfills the needs of patients with primary and pediatric care and looks to add other services in the future.
"We are committed to providing quality healthcare to the people in our communities," said Richard Rolston, M.D., president and CEO of Alegent Creighton Clinic. "Our goal in Alegent Creighton Clinic is to be the best place for providers to practice medicine and the best place for our patients to receive their care. This remodeled and expanded facility will accomplish that."
Alegent Creighton Clinic began working on the $1.2 million project in June 2013.
"The work done to expand our clinic will help us meet the needs of our patients and improve the efficiency of care," said William Lowndes, M.D., family medicine physician at Alegent Creighton Clinic in Gretna.
The other three providers in this location are: Ryan Isherwood, M.D., family medicine physician; Katie Vollmuth, M.D., pediatrician and Laura Anderson, APRN, advanced practice nurse practitioner.
