Hands On Experience For Papillion-La Vista High School Students

It's much more than the standard field trip from school. Students in the Papillion-La Vista School District actually take classes in the workplace and benefit from hands on experience.

The Academy Program is so popular, some students had to be placed on a waiting list this school year.

Emma Martinez and Jessica Melcher are interested in the field of medicine and through their participation in the Academy Program, they've been able to experience the work day routine at Alegent Creighton Health Midland Hospital.
