Amputee Support Group

A "Matter of Seconds" Prevention Program
This program is designed to educate students on the causes and consequences of spinal cord and head injuries and prevention of these injuries. There are 5.3 million Americans living with disability caused by a head injury and 250,000-400,000 people living with a spinal cord injury. The program provides focus on wearing seat belts/ helmets, avoiding drugs and alcohol as well as choosing the right group of friends.
