To provide the highest quality care to all our patients, we must be sensitive and responsive to patients' cultural background, preferred language and method of communication. To live our Mission, our response to patients needing these services must be respectful and compassionate.
Alegent Health assumes the cost of interpretation (refers to spoken language), translation (refers to written communication) or other communication services for any patient in our hospitals, long term care facilities, clinics and in home care and hospice. Patients and insurers are not charged for this service.
Please make patient care staff aware of any language needs you have when scheduling your appointment.
